Have these details ready. You will choose your loan, enter your contact details, and review your request here. Then sign in to the customer web app to finish your application.
Your details
Your full name, NRC number, phone number and an email address you can access.
Personal loan documents
Prepare clear images of the front and back of your NRC and your payslip. Additional requirements depend on your loan product.
Business loan documents
Prepare your PACRA registration, tax clearance, director identification and bank statements where required.
Finishing your application
In the customer web app, complete your personal or business details, upload the required documents, review your application and confirm with your PIN.
